The comfort of home

This is our first home that we bought in the Fall of 2014. We pictured ourselves sitting on the rocking chairs with a hot cup of coffee on a warm summer day. The house was built in 1992 and perfect in so many ways. We decided to try our hands at redesigning and below if where you'll find some of our renovated rooms. I will add more photos once the rooms are complete and ready to enjoy.

Kitchen Renovations

This kitchen was a complete tear out. I put a lot of time and thought into making it unique and keeping functionality. The cabinets were semi custom through a local kitchen and bath supplier. I love dishes and having them exposed keep them easy to get to and add a fresh look.

We had a handful of setbacks with damaged cabinets, putting in a vent, wiring, delays- you name it. After a month or 2 of living with a borrowed microwave on the family room floor where we would heat our frozen breakfast/lunch and dinners with the crew we gave our thanks and were able to call this dusty place home.
